Rose and Iz's apartment, Rose shakes hands with a middle-aged man
wearing a suit and tie as Iz looks on. The man is Tyler Bourn, Mr.
Jones's lawyer.
Tyler: Thank you for seeing me.
Rose: Thank you for coming here.
Panel 2: They sit down at the dining room table. Tyler pulls out a file folder.
Tyler: I understand completely. Now, to get to it:

As I'm sure you know, your uncle left a living will specifying the
distribution of his estate in the event of his disappearance.
Panel 4:
Rose: Is that normal?
Tyler: Everything is normal for the mega-rich.
Iz: "Uncle"...?
