Panel 1: In
Universe A back in July of 2022, Iz A is walking through the park, a
backpack on his back. Rose pops out from behind a tree. We
will not call her "Rose A" because there's only one of her in this
universe, but it's worth noting that in Universe A, Rose still has red
hair.
Rose: Oh, hello, Iz. This is a complete coincidence and not at all the result of relentless stalking.
Iz A: Rose.
Panel 2: He hugs her fiercely, to her apparent surprise.
Panel 3: Iz A continues on through the park.
Iz A: See you later.
Panel 4: Rose stares after Iz A. Iz B, the disembodied voice of the comatose Iz from the other universe, has some thoughts.
Iz B: What are you doing?
Iz A [thinks]: What am I doing?
Rose [thinks]: What is he doing?
