Panel 1: The
party at Iz's apartment is underway. We can see part of it; Josh is
sitting on a couch (the apartment is so big that there is more than
one) with Kai, while Tim is talking to Iz's Aunt Cynthia, Kai's sister
(we met her briefly a few years ago). We can also see a large bookcase
in the background. Rose is standing around with a glass of eggnog.
Fathima approaches her, holding a phone.
Fathima: Rose...a very angry person has been texting Iz. I didn't like to reply, but I thought you might know who it was.
Panel 2: Fathima
and Rose move over to stand beside the bookcase. Fathima holds up the
phone and lets the robot voice read out the message.
Phone: Will you answer me, you useless waste of space? I don't even want to be sending this.
Panel 3: Rose realises something. She pulls out her own phone.
Rose: Oh. No. Okay, I'll deal with this.
Panel 4:
Rose [into phone]: Jack? It's Rose. Please stop scream-texting Iz and come to his apartment. We need to talk.
Rose: Talk, Jack, not yell.
