Panel 2: The man checks the file folder he has been holding.
Man: No mistake. He paid for it in full in October of 2021.

Rose: That's impossible.
Fathima: He didn't even know about this place until late Deember.

Fathima: ...Did he?
Rose: I'm still stuck on the idea of someone my age owning an apartment.
